River Lofts at FB Rogers

This community revitalization project involves a 250,000 SF brownfields historic mill building that occupies an acre of land along the Taunton River. The site historically housed the Weir Stove Company and the F.B. Rogers Silversmith Company. The WEIR Corporation, in partnership with the City of Taunton, plans to redevelop the site into a 55-unit condominium development. This exciting project will increase homeownership opportunities for local residents, support the revitalization of Weir Village, preserve an historic mill along on the Taunton River, and enhance the neighborhood by increasing access to the river and creating green space.
